ARTIST PROFILE
Two Voices, One Path is a duo exhibition of a globally acclaimed artist Okokume and her life-companion Pol Segura, presented by PBG. The exhibition is a tribute to the act of sharing, a reflection of two intertwined lives that find their balance in art. After years together as a couple—sharing experiences, overcoming challenges, and celebrating achievements—these two artists have built a unique space where their creative worlds coexist: their studio, a place that symbolizes both union and individuality.

Although each of them works from completely different perspectives and styles, this artistic coexistence has become a source of mutual inspiration. In their works, we can perceive echoes of that connection: subtle dialogues, contrasts that complement each other, and a harmony that transcends stylistic differences. For the first time, they have decided to take that experience of sharing beyond the studio, uniting their works in the same exhibition space. This exhibition not only celebrates the creative diversity that defines them as individual artists but also the complicity and respect that have united them over the years.

Sharing the Inseparable invites the viewer to explore how two creative universes, although different, can coexist and enrich each other, becoming a testament to the depth and beauty of the human and artistic bond.

Okokume

Globally acclaimed, Okokume(b. 1985-) has gained international fame for her  autobiographical and introspective works. Her art has been collected by world-renowned collectors and celebrities, including Tony Leung and Adrian Cheng. At the heart of her work is the iconic character, Cosmic Girl, through whom she explores vital contemporary issues such as the environment, emotional landscapes, and human interconnectedness. While sparking both social and emotional dialogue, the feminine imagery in her work radiates love, strength, and compassion.

Pol Segura

Pol Segura(b. 1984-) is a fine artist whose work bridges nature and abstraction. He conveys a message of overcoming limitations, depicting plants as vibrant beings that stretch, walk, and dance within chaotic environments, symbolizing the journey of self-discovery.
