To celebrate the opening of PBG Dosan, PBG presents THE FOUNDING CONSTELLATION. This inaugural group exhibition brings together PBG’s represented artists, forming the first collective body that marks both the gallery’s point of departure and its central foundation.
While each artist has developed a distinct visual language and artistic practice, their works come together within the new space of Dosan to form a shared structure. More than a conventional group exhibition, this presentation publicly articulates the long-standing collaborative relationships between the gallery and its artists, while clearly setting forth the direction and curatorial standards that will shape PBG’s future program.
Grounded in the gallery’s identity built together with its represented artists, the exhibition serves as a starting point for reconfiguring the relationships between artwork and space, audience and collection.
