PBG presents 《Kim Tschang-Yeul: Eternal Waterdrops》 at PBG The Hyundai Seoul. The exhibition marks the launch of PBG’s newly introduced Kim Tschang-Yeul Premium Edition and has been specially organized to coincide with Frieze Seoul, offering collectors and art professionals from Korea and abroad the opportunity to encounter Kim Tschang-Yeul’s iconic water droplets alongside the newly produced Premium Edition for the first time.

Kim Tschang-Yeul’s water droplets have become both the artist’s signature visual language and an enduring symbol of Korean contemporary art, embodying themes of time and existence, emptiness and contemplation. The new Premium Edition is produced on hanji, traditional Korean paper, whose natural grain and rich texture delicately enhance the transparency of the water droplets and the sense of empty space that defines Kim’s work.

The exhibition introduces Kim Tschang-Yeul’s artistic world to collectors and art enthusiasts visiting Seoul for Frieze Seoul, while also marking the debut of PBG’s Premium Edition project, adding further significance to this special presentation
