The Park Seobo New Editions released by the Seobo Art Foundation will be exclusively sold by Print Bakery. In commemoration of the release, The Hyundai Seoul will open a launching exhibit. The New Editions include 99 limited editions of 6 different types of art work. A diverse collection of his work will be included, beginning with his 1970s works announcing the beginning of Ecriture, his 1980s works revealing Dansaekhwa to the world through his London White Cube exhibit, his 1990s works that were the beginning of Straight Line Ecriture, as well as his later Ecriture which demonstrated the pinnacle of Park Seobo’s artworld by containing the colors of nature.
The launching exhibit at The Hyundai Seoul will showcase originals along with 6 works of the New Editions. Experience the deep reverberation of a great Korean artist through Park Seobo’s major works by each period.
