'The Moon Party' exhibition draws inspiration from the various phenomena that occur as the 'moon' rotates and revolves, showcasing the diverse beauty of the moon within. This exhibition is divided between PBG Hannam and Cheongdam Boffi, presenting artworks that revolve around the emotional and aesthetic symbolism of the 'moon,' an enduring source of inspiration and exploration for artists.
From the abstract works of Huh Myoungwook and Maria Chang, created through a process of layering that captures the essence of time and space, to the distinctive styles of Kim Sunwoo, Moon Hyungtae, and Ha Taeim. And Kwon Hana, Kim Jeeon, and Choi Hyeji present a distinctive paintings created using various materials, including oil and acrylic. Additionally, you can see the street culture and art transcending boundaries, represented by Graphlex and Doezny, and be captivated by the impressive large-scale sculptures and installations of artists Han Sanga and Kang Jaewon.
The main exhibition space at PBG Hannam has been designed with a silver color, symbolizing the moon, to create an ambiance that allows visitors to experience a sense of mystery as though they are within the cosmos while appreciating the artworks.
